- Dictate through a digital hand-held recorder or our toll free telephone system. Dictations recorded on the digital recorder can be uploaded securely to the central database using our software.
- Max Medical transcriptionists downloads the specific client dictations from the portal and transcribes them.
- The transcripts will be forwarded to an editor who analyzes the patient document for accuracy and clarity.
- If the dictation is unclear, a copy is sent to our QA Hub, which re-evaluates to ensure maximum accuracy.
- The approved patient records are then sent to our central database where copies are archived for clients’ convenience.
- Clients typically log onto platform and download the patient records to a local database or office computer, where it can be printed and filed.

Dictation Options
Our Medical transcription process encompasses capturing doctor's dictation using a toll free dial in server. The doctors will be provided with toll free number for dictation. The doctors record their dictation; once the dictation is completed, it will be converted in a WAV file format and will be available directly in our secure FTP server.
Transcription
Our Transcriptionists are well-trained, proficient and knowledgeable with American Association of Medical Transcription (AAMT) guidelines and Medical Terminology listen to the voice recordings of the doctors or other health care professionals and transcribes the voice files to text files and subsequently checking spelling and grammar errors.
Quality Control
The completed transcripts undergo 2 levels of Quality Control Audits - check for spelling and grammatical errors, review each report checking for context errors and ensure client specifications.
Trascript Delivery
The transcripts can be delivered in any word processing format either through email or directly upload it in our server so that your staff can download it. This is performed by 128 SSL bit encryption for complete patient & provider confidentiality

Max Trans Lite is a windows based application. This provides an environment that is user friendly, and allows for convenient viewing of patient records.
Our technology works with any facility infrastructure and administrative policy in order to offer a higher quality of service. We utilize a SSL 128-bit encryption for transfer and storage of healthcare information, in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Our application is designed for optimum performance in a conventional physician's office setting. When dictations are ready to be sent, simply log on to our secure website, the place the digital recorder in the docking station and all dictations will be uploaded to the local computer and securely transferred to our central database for processing. Similarly, when patient records are transcribed, they are archived in our central database. Our clients can then log onto our server from their computer to view or download patient records.
